Cliff House

Cliff House is sheltered from the wind on a bluff, the open plan living and dining areas have access to the deck and BBQ. All the bedrooms are en-suite comprising of 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin beds and a Queen sleeper sofa with pillow top. Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi, and cable, 2 flat screen TVs and 2 DVD players are located in the Twin room and Living areas respectively.

COASTAL LIVING.

The main living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs grouped around a wood stove for cozy conversation. It’s a great place to relax, read the many books in our library or play one of the family games provided. An armoire disguises the flat screen TV and DVD. A selection of DVD’s are provided or bring your vacation favorites. Complimentary High Speed Wi-Fi is available anywhere in the house.

Listen to the wave’s crash on the shore and stroll out to the deck to enjoy your view, BBQ or visit the patio and sink into the warm embrace of the hot tub.

DINING

The French Country dining table seats 8 for family gatherings and the fully equipped kitchen is light and bright with all the tools you need to create memorable meals. You will find basic items like olive oil, and condiments in the pantry and a menu board and chalk awaits your meal plans or messages. The Dining and living areas are open plan so you can enjoy the wood burning stove and conversation from the dining table.

KITCHEN

Experience clean cooking on the electric stove with glass cooktop and a large oven, big enough for thanksgiving turkey. Microwave, coffee maker and assorted pots and pans large enough to accommodate a family of 8 are supplied. Dishwasher and refrigerator. We have tried to think of every possible need including some of our favorite cooking books.

 

KING BEDROOM

The spacious master boasts a king bed with new mattress, luxe linens, vaulted ceilings, a woodland view and an en-suite with shower. There is plenty of storage with a turn of the century dresser and closet. Ottoman and comfortable vintage chair.

 

QUEEN BEDROOM

In the cozy queen bedroom you can hear the sound of the ocean and relax in a reading nook. A new mattress, luxe linens and a beachy theme make for a quiet retreat. The dresser and closet provide roomy storage. Tiled bath and shower in the en-suite.

 

 

 

 

TWIN BEDROOM

Designed as a second master this room has its own entertainment center. The couch hides the pull out queen bed and we will dress this as a bed on your instruction otherwise it's comfy way to watch TV. Plug in your favorite DVD or choose one from our library. Access to bricked patio with hot tub and a woodland view. En-suite with shower.

UTILITY ROOM

The washer dryer are available for your own use and a supply of detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

 

OUTSIDE

The natural garden is framed by a woodland providing privacy. On the ground level the Hot Tub sits on a brick patio with a trees view. It can be accessed from the Twin Bedroom, via steep stairs from the deck or from the front door through the garden gate.

From the Living area you can access the deck with BBQ, bar chairs and bar table. Enjoy quality time, listen to the sound of the ocean and watch for whales (binoculars supplied).

A portion of the garden is fully fenced and there is a dogie station in the downstairs hall with towels for wet paws and dogie bags for poo.
